Mark has over 15 years of academic and research expertise in the fields of human neurophysiology and neuromodulation, and over 20 years experience as a Health and Research consultant. He holds a PhD in Human Neurophysiology and advanced qualifications in Entrepreneurship, Technology-Innovation Management and Computer Science.
Nelius Phelan (Platform & Business Strategy)
Nelius is a Product and Program Leader with over 20 years of experience at YouTube, Google, and Microsoft. He specializes in aligning technical execution with strategic business objectives to drive global platform growth. He has a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science.
Angus Rose (Technology and Software Development)
Angus is a C++ engineer with over 20 years’ experience delivering performance-critical software across defence and aerospace sectors, including advanced image processing and simulation systems. He specialises in multi-threaded systems on Linux and Windows, and has led complex technical work in demanding environments. He combines clear systems thinking with practical, hands-on engineering.
Octavio Siller (Hardware–Software System Integration)
Octavio has over 15 years of experience in programming and hardware–software system integration. He focuses on robust multimodal biosignal pipelines for real-time monitoring, synchronization, and closed-loop feedback. He has qualifications in Mechatronics Engineering (BSc) and Neural Systems and Computation (MSc).
